As you can see, this book has been well-loved. It actually took me three times as long as it should’ve to finish it, because with each page, I was highlighting and underlining and memorizing and savoring the word bites Hannah passed along. This isn’t the first book of hers that I’ve raved about, and it certainly won’t be the last.

Her honest words on anxiety, writing, and God resonate so deep within my soul, and I bet your soul will agree. The subject of the book is one each human can relate with: making your space in this world. We all want to be seen, known, and to matter to people. But it doesn’t come with in an Amazon Prime box. You have to do the work: get to know people, take off your shoes and wear your vulnerable socks.
